What’s Up! My name is John Atteh and I’m a Product Designer at FieldRoutes, A ServiceTitan Company. I'm based out of Connecticut almost 3 years of design experience. Creating a positive user experience is truly a passion of mine. My "Why" is to help African-Americans, like myself, break into design and tech.

My Story…

In 2019, I graduated college with a Business Management degree and started working at a many corporate companies. In the summer of 2020 during the pandemic, my fraternity brother asked me to make a flyer for an event we were having and I spontaneously said yes.

I was shocked by how much they liked my flyer so I started to make more flyers for my fraternity until the president of the national marketing team asked me to be a part of the graphic design team for Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc. I started to do a lot of freelance work like making logos, flyers, business cards, etc. I was so locked in that I even quit my corporate job and started working at an art publishing company as a graphic designer.

At the beginning of 2021, I wanted to impact more people on a bigger scale with my passion by solving real-life issues. That's when a simple Google search led me to the next chapter in my life, UX/UI design. For the past 2 years that has been my focus and passion, and it led me to work with amazing companies from the art industry to the SaaS industry. When I'm not geeking out about UX/UI, I like to go to tech conferences, visit art museums, and learn about Web 3.0, the metaverse, augmented reality, and create 3D art.
